Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning. Redistribution, public screening, or resale is not allowed without written permission.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless noted. Refunds are available within 14 days if you have completed no more than 25% of the course. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No scraping or automated data extraction without permission.
• No attempts to bypass access controls.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and designs are the property of Formistry Atelier or our licensors. You retain rights to your student projects.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results. Your outcomes depend on your effort and context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
